Lifetime Warranty

Replacements - Lifetime Warranty on workmanship

We offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect you against any molding issues, leaks, or defects in glass. We only use OE and OEM quality glass, ensuring durability and preserving the structural integrity of your car. If our original work needs adjustment or repair, we will do it at no cost to you, as long as you own or lease the vehicle we serviced.

*All warranty work must be done in shop with a set appointment.

Rock Chip Repair

In the attempt to repair already damaged glass Rock Doc Auto Glass LLC cannot be held liable for any further breakage. If the repair fails we will reimburse the cost of repair and offer a replacement at wholesale cost.

Requirements

Proof of purchase is required and at no time will we reimburse for out-of-pocket repair expenses without prior approval by a manager.

If you have any issues with your repair or replacement, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue right away.

Limitations

Auto glass damage resulting from vandalism, natural disaster, vehicle collision, auto theft or owner negligence is specifically excluded from our auto glass repair/replacement warranty.
